At Trident Cards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a pre-paid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, original condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting the request.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new items within 3-5 business days.
